Sarahi Albornoz, a recent NYU graduate, brings more than three years of on-the-ground experience in property, project, and asset management. Having worked with HPD and HDC on affordable projects, Sarahi plays a pivotal role in acquisitions, underwriting potential LIHTC deals, and supporting marketing efforts. Sarahi’s expertise extends to asset management across portfolios in Harlem and the Bronx with 400+ units, ensuring the smooth operation of existing affordable housing. Her valuable contributions are instrumental in progressing development and advisory projects.
A proven self-starter demonstrating strong technical, analytical and entrepreneurial skills, DeVon uniquely combines his two areas of formal study (Architecture and Real Estate Development) to provide strategic planning, design, construction and management consulting services to the larger real estate community. Projects range in size up to, over 1.5M SF and include feasibility & market studies, community master planning, corporate interior fit-outs, residential, hospitality, retail, media & broadcast, significant upgrades to base-building and infrastructure systems as well as modular construction projects (both domestic & internationally). Leverages over 15 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. A true Leader amongst Tier-1 Design & Construction Professionals in delivering multi-phased, multi-million-dollar real estate programs.
